McDonald’s conducted employee training on food safety at ZEP. At the entrance area, McDonald’s mascot, the clown๐คก, and symbol mark were implemented through ZEP objects ๐ชง. Moreover, McDonald’s replicated an actual store to give employees a vivid spatial experience as if they were visiting a real store!๐
๐ Customized training through the use of objects
Inside the store, the grill, ice machine, fryer, and even the interior and location of a real store were faithfully recreated. Training videos ๐๏ธ tailored to each individual’s role, such as grill operator or fryer operator, were inserted into machine objects to facilitate customized training. ZEP allows you to create objects that fit the context and concept. Furthermore, objects can be linked ๐ with photos, videos, files, websites, etc., allowing you to direct participants to your YouTube channel.

Did you imagine employee training as sitting and watching videos, a dull affair?
Employee training conducted at ZEP is nothing like that. After the vibrant training session in a map that replicates an actual store, moving outside the store allows you to take photos in a photo zone ๐ธ represented by ๐burger set๐ objects. These photos can be uploaded to a guestbook board๐๏ธ installed at the last course, allowing for communication among employees as they view each other’s avatars and photos!

Events conducted using OX quiz rooms and roulette zones prevent employees from perceiving training as burdensome. Approaching with the fun of playing games๐ฐ while faithfully reflecting the purpose and content of the training helped enhance focus and passionate participation. Even employees tired of repetitive, identical training sessions gained high satisfaction from being able to experience and communicate directly rather than through unilateral training!๐
