1️⃣ Creating a Space
🖼️ Choosing a Template
On ZEP, a metaverse space is called a ‘Space,’ and by visiting the official ZEP website, you can easily create a space through two options: ‘Template’ and ‘Starting with a Blank Map.’👍
ZEP offers templates suitable for various situations and concepts, such as education, events, mini-games, offices, etc.! Many templates are provided for free. Choosing from the official templates allows you to quickly build your space.
Asset Store, you can also check out maps created by other creators. Browsing through various templates is fun as you look for the one that suits your purpose, situation, and concept~🥰
🏠 Starting with a Blank Map
Do you want to create a space filled with your unique personality, unlike anyone else’s? Then click on [Starting with a Blank Map]! By selecting [Starting with a Blank Map], you will access a blank map where you can install tiles and objects, allowing you to apply your imagination from the very first step and create a unique space in this world. Try building your successful webinar space!👏
2️⃣ Understanding Host Settings
⚙️ Space Settings and Basic Settings
Once the creation of the space is complete, it’s time for detailed settings. In Space Settings, you can manage the following items!
- Basic Settings
- Security Settings
- User Permission Management
- Donation Settings
- Wallet Settings
- Premium Space Settings (if it’s a Premium Space)
In Basic Settings, you can specify simple things like the space name, introduction, thumbnail, etc.!
In Sidebar Settings, you can set the sidebar cover image, enable friend invitations, and fix the sidebar (PC), and in Entry Settings, you can choose the entry map, always start from the entry map, and set nicknames for non-logged-in users.
One of the biggest concerns when conducting various events or gatherings is security, but with the Security Settings feature, there’s no need to worry!
🔹Space Password Settings
Turning on the ‘Space Password Settings’ toggle and clicking [Change Space Password] allows you to change the password. (Up to 32 characters can be entered)
🔹Domain Restriction Settings
You can set it so that only users who log in with the entered domain account can enter.
🔹Whitelisting Settings
Restrict access for non-logged-in users, preventing guests from entering.
🔹Allowing Space Search
If space searching is allowed, other people can find and access this space through search. If you disable search, it won’t appear in search results.
🔹Visit Records
Visit records can be downloaded in units of up to 24 hours. Information on non-logged-in users is not provided!
🔹Deleting a Space
Only the space owner can delete the space. Click the [Delete] button and enter DELETE in the popup that appears. Please be very careful because once deleted, a space cannot be recovered under any circumstances!
