Over 700 participants enjoyed the Metaverse job fair!
“A job fair held online?” It might sound new to some, the Metaverse job fair is actually an HR trend many companies are already exploring!
Among many companies that have hosted their job fairs on the Metaverse platform ZEP, today, we introduce the ‘Super Career Talk’ by Supercat, a mobile game developer.
🧐 How was the Super Career Talk conducted?
This job fair saw the participation of over 700 pre-registered attendees, along with HR representatives from Supercat, ZEP, and Supercat RPG!
The job fair shared recruitment information about Supercat, ZEP, Supercat RPG, etc., and allowed for recruitment consultations and brief interviews with HR representatives.
Additionally, those who applied for positions after attending the job fair were given bonus points during the document screening process!
The ZEP X Supercat job fair recreated Supercat’s office in isometric pixel graphics within the ZEP space, placing NPCs around so that participants could move their characters, fill out consultation cards, and wait for their turn for recruitment consultation.
The ZEP space, which mimicked Supercat’s office, and the NPCs scattered around, provided participants with the feeling of exploring Supercat’s headquarters!
Moreover, during the recruitment consultation session, participants could have real-time video conversations with HR representatives of their desired positions, and conduct brief interviews, resolving any inquiries related to recruitment!

1️⃣ Various Spaces at Supercat’s Job Fair
Supercat’s job fair was unique in that it replicated Supercat’s office! Offices, cafeterias, terraces, and more were recreated to allow participants to experience the inside of Supercat.
This gave participants an indirect opportunity to experience what it’s like inside the company’s headquarters!
2️⃣ Sharing Supercat’s Fun Corporate Culture through Mini-Games
During the job fair session, mini-games were played! Participants and recruitment representatives enjoyed these games together, sharing Supercat’s fun corporate culture.
The mini-games included simple and easy-to-enjoy zombie games, paint games, and fighting games! All participants could enjoy these simple games without any difficulty.
Some participants even asked for an encore because they enjoyed the mini-games so much.😊
3️⃣ A Job Fair Everyone Enjoys
Supercat’s job fair was conducted in a different manner compared to other companies’ job fairs.
Instead of just consultations, the job fair included mini-games, raffle draws, and photo sessions, creating an enjoyable experience for both recruitment representatives and participants!
During the recruitment consultation session, many participants waited in line for their turn!
Participants chatted with each other or asked questions to the staff while waiting for their turn.
As a result, everyone was able to enjoy the event without anyone leaving the queue.
At the end, there was also a photo session.📷
The photo session allowed both participants and organizers to gather and create lasting memories!
