1️⃣ ‘Chungju New Factory Completion’ and ‘Future Vision Proclamation Ceremony’ held on ZEP

In the second half of 2022, to commemorate the completion🏭 of the Chungju Smart Factory, Hyundai Elevator conducted a Future Vision Proclamation Ceremony . The event was held offline at the new Chungju factory and simultaneously on ZEP for those who were unable to participate due to time and geographical constraints! Thus, hosting the event both online and offline on ZEP could create a synergistic effect 👍

The space featured core buildings of the Chungju Smart Factory such as the service parts center, logistics center, and dormitory🏢. The actual appearance of the buildings was replicated , enhancing the sense of presence and immersion! Upon entering each building, participants could watch an introductory video together 😎

Additionally, a landmark called the Test Tower🗼 was established. This tower houses an elevator made with Hyundai Elevator’s technology. When you enter the portal to the Sky Lounge, the elevator appears, and a video of the elevator ascending 🎞️ is played, offering participants a real-life spatial experience. Using the linking feature🔗, you can link various media like photos, videos, and links to objects!🖼️

Moreover, to ease access for those who may find it challenging, portals were made into carts🛒 to provide both convenience and fun.

Through this series of processes using ZEP, Hyundai Elevator enabled more people to participate in the events , conducted the events in new ways to elicit active participation and enthusiastic responses 🔥, and also enjoyed the benefits of corporate promotion.

2️⃣ Hyundai Elevator hosting the Global Cop Knowledge Conference on ZEP

In March this year, Hyundai Elevator held a ‘Global Cop Knowledge Conference’ space to conduct a seminar . It was a moment to share the activities of the Global Cop, an autonomous learning organization within the company, with domestic and international employees🧑‍🤝‍🧑. Since ZEP can be accessed with just one click on a link, it allows for communication from anywhere in the world!🌐

In this conference, elevator and construction markets, real estate policies, and consumer trends in various countries 🌏 such as China, Indonesia, Turkey, and India were shared with employees domestically and internationally, providing an opportunity to enhance employees’ understanding of different cultures. Additionally, expatriates and local employees from overseas participated without time and space constraints, introduced local cultures in real-time, and shared information with head office employees, successfully concluding the event.

Han Young-cheon, the Global HR Team Leader, said, “This year, we plan to expand to 9 countries, including Saudi Arabia, which is pushing the Neom City project, as well as the Philippines and Poland.” Through this, the participation and interactive communication of people from even more countries are expected to proceed🤩
