In 2022, Lotte Group’s Talent Strategy Team chose the Metaverse platform ZEP, believing it allowed for the most intuitive two-way communication. Compared to other Metaverse platforms, such as GatherTown, they considered its realism to be a major advantage. Instead of being just a space for a single job fair, it’s used for job training or mentoring, Lotte Group has been consistently using ZEP for over a year.
