1️⃣ ‘Google Analytics Integration’ for perfect customer analysis even for online events 📊

You can enter it in the space advanced settings

The first feature is the ‘Google Analytics integration’. At online events, it’s not easy to meet customers in person and understand their characteristics. However, it’s very important for brands to analyze the customers who come to the event to plan their next strategy.

If you’ve organized an online event and are wondering how to analyze your audience!
Or those who were hesitant to pay for a separate analytics program, Attention! 🙋🏻

ZEP Pro plans can use the Google Analytics program for your spaces. Copy the measurement ID from your Google Analytics account properties tab and enter it into your space’s advanced settings to see customer visit statistics for your space in Google Analytics.

2️⃣ Create a customer experience, even on loading screens and URLs, ‘Customize’ 🎨

The second feature is the ‘Customize’ feature. In the Pro plan, the customization feature can be applied to the loading page and URL.

Our main reason for organizing events is the customer experience: we want consumers to experience our identity and message, and as a result, our brand image is perceived positively by them.

In the offline world, you can have multiple mediums for customers to experience your brand, but in the online world, the customer path is much smaller and the screen is the only visual medium. So ZEP made it possible to customize the page where the map loads during the online event, and even the URL that is sent to customers.

Now let’s show you how to use it!

📍 Customizing the loading page

Basic Loading Page

The page will appear when you refresh the map or access the map for the first time without any settings.

It’s a brief moment, but it would be great to use an image that matches the event, or colors that match the mood, instead of the ZEP logo!

You can modify the design of this loading page in the following ways

You can change it in the space advanced settings

You can also set a logo for the “ZEP” part of the main loading page, and the color of the “LOADING” part below the logo can be customized with a color code.

In addition, the ZEP avatar randomly appears and dances on the main loading page. This animated image is also customizable. You can insert a 1 row 4 column batch of photos of a certain size and watch the image of your choice move on the loading page. 🏃

📍 Customizing the URL

You can change it in the space advanced settings

Here’s how to customize your URL. You can change it in the same settings window as the loading page.

If you create your own URL, you can still enter the space with an existing valid address. When you create your own URL address, a new link is created with the ‘@’ symbol followed by the URL address you entered.

It’s important to note that once created, you can’t change it for 30 days, and you can’t use a URL🔗 that’s already in use by another space, so be sure to choose a word or specific keyword that best describes your event!

3️⃣ “Premium-only Space App” available for Pro Plan only 🕹️

Finally, let’s talk about the Premium Space apps and their scope, which are only available to Pro Plan users.

📍 Premium Administrator

The ‘Premium Admin’ app is especially useful for hosting events.

For starters, you can set up to 20 “Quick Trips” instead of just 4 in the free version.

You can set up Teleports for spaces you want customers to visit.
you can naturally emphasize the key areas
you want to show your customers, and you’ll be able to organize your event efficiently👍.

Next, the free version’s one-time-only ‘Notice’ will be available as a one-time / repeat once a minute / always on option.

If you have a lot of users in your space and need to make frequent announcements,
or to announce an upcoming event, you can utilize the rerepeat once a minute/always on feature.
it will be much more efficient and better than using the chat window.

Next is the “summon user” feature.
This feature is also limited to one person in the free version.
With the Pro plan, you can summon a full range of users.

There is the ability to summon all users on the map to the admin’s location, as well as the “Summon Users in the Current Map” feature.

And there is a ‘Summon Users to the current map’ feature that summons all users from other maps to the map where the host is located.

When used after an announcement at an important ceremony, such as an event or lecture.
events or talks, it makes the event run much smoother.

📍 Spectator Camera

The Spectator Camera is an app that allows the avatar to view other locations regardless of the avatar’s location.
This app is only available on the Pro Plan.

You can install up to 5 cameras in any location, you can also edit the location name.

This is especially useful if you’re giving a talk at an event or broadcasting a video at an event, it’s especially useful for distant participants 😎.

📍 Wider use range of Spaces apps

These apps are available in the free version, but there are a few differences in the Pro plan.

For the ‘LiveQ&A’ app, which allows you to ask and answer questions in real time, you can only register up to 50 questions, but the premium version removes the limit.
You can also download the question history, so you can check and answer questions that were not answered during the event later.

The guestbook is another great feature, with a maximum of 50 posts in the free version and up to 3,500 in the Pro plan. You can also download📂 the guestbook as an excel file.
